Q1. HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING AND PROCESSING TAKE?
A1: Please be patient and we are experiencing shipping delays due to COVID-19.
Domestic shipping: 1-2 business days for processing, 5-7 business days for shipping. International shipping: 1-2 business days for processing, 10-14 business days for shipping.
Shipping times are measured in business days and do not include the day of shipment, or processing time prior to when your order is shipped. On the day we ship your order it will leave our facility in the evening to be sorted by the carrier, and the shipping timeframe will begin the next business day.
Where shipping times are quoted as a range, the time depends on the destination’s distance from where it is shipped from. Your tracking link should be updated with an estimated delivery date 24-48 hours after you receive notification of shipment.
